It's the 'what' we do that should be a critical part of each franchisee's operational plan and route to success. Having a high-level strategic focus for capturing additional revenue is key.

Customers now EXPECT EweMove franchisees (or any agent) to provide them with confident guidance and advice about every aspect of their moving or investing journey, not just the simple sale or purchase of a property. So if we're not adding, and taking responsibility for introducing, other related and relevant components of the moving journey into conversations, we're actually delivering a sub-standard experience and somewhat half-hearted solution
