Matty has a long career in Financial Services and mortgage broking, having worked for (that place in bath we used to use), learning his trade to become a master at navigating the UK mortgage and protection markets.  He established Mortgage Genie in 2016 and grew it successfully before selling an 80% share to TPFG in the late summer of 2021.  Matty joins the conference to present a critically important session, where he will educate delegates about the mortgage market - the processes, products and economics - with the aim of helping franchisees better engage with their customers, having learned a little more about how the mortgage market works and how this knowledge is relevant in our day-to-day agency work and the customer service we deliver.
