Gareth joined TPFG just before the country went into Lockdown for the first time, so whilst working predominantly remotely, he has launched our new Mortgage proposition with LSL/PRIMIS, acquired Hunters, supported the reengineering of our IT architecture platforms, and overseen growth in franchisee revenues in a very short space of time. Prior to joining TPFG Gareth had 10 years working and consulting in the digital marketing and proptech space and before this Gareth ran the largest single brand estate agency at the the time - Your Move - with responsibility for Sales, Lettings, Financial Services and Franchise growth. Having started his career as a trainee sales negotiator in 1988 a career in corporate estate agency followed with rapid promotion to regional director with a speciality in turning round underperforming regions. Gareth’s aim is to help each and every franchise owner look at ways to improve their bottom line performance with help and support from the franchise teams in place across the brands along with introducing products that drive efficiency and revenue back to individual franchisees, whilst supporting each MD across the group

Nick is the very proud MD of the EweMove network. Having been first introduced to the franchise in October 2013 at the Manchester Franchise Show. He established one of the first EweMove businesses in York in February 2014 and went from strength to strength, before selling the franchise to the current owner Jonathan Dawson. Nick has a corporate career having worked in various including Fuel Card Sales as Commercial Director, Tax Publishing, as UK Sales Director and as Account Director for a payment processing business, working with UK and American banks. Nick's natural focus is on the customer and he learned the seeds of his trade as a humble Banking rep at First Direct in the mid 1990's
